For professionals, this program ensures a sharp blade is available no matter what the workload. In addition to controlling the costs of expensive materials and labor associated with sharpening the carbide blades themselves.
The program consists of a heavy-duty plastic tote that contains six blade changes. After the machine is used in the field, the operator should replace the used blade with a new and/or sharpened blade. When the tote is used up it can be sent with a Purchase Order to Praxis. After we receive the tote we will inspect the blades and contact you with our findings. Once we agree on a proper course of action we will either repair and/or clean, sharpen, and paint the blades in that tote.
Turnaround time once we receive your tote is typically two days. Praxis can fax or email a pre-paid UPS shipping label to ship us the tote and costs will be added to your invoice.
