When you notice the carbide tips starting to round at edge, remove the blade and ship it to Praxis (we suggest you maintain a second set of blades so you always have an operational machine performing at its best).

We then either repair and/or clean, sharpen, and paint your blades. Then the blades are shipped back to you.

When you notice excess vibration while chipping materials or a reduction in chipping capacity you should sharpen your blades. Open the cover and replace the blades (We suggest you maintain a second set of blades so you always have an operational machine performing at its best).

Then ship the dull set of blades to Praxis. Once we receive your wood chipper blades we will inspect, sharpen and then ship the blades back to you.

This program consists of a heavy-duty plastic tote that contains six blade changes for the Stump Machine Quadrublades. After the machine is used in the field, the operator should replace the used blade with a new and/or sharpened blade. When the tote is used up it can be sent with a Purchase Order to Praxis. After we receive the tote we will inspect the blades and contact you with our findings.
